PaKaPa, Inc. is a Native American, woman owned and operated company who specializes in asphalt preservation that was started by Kaitlyn, Paul and Parker Zimmerly. Kaitlyn is a Native American from the Confederated Tribe of the Colville reservation and she has been doing road construction since 2015. Paul and Parker are fourth generation in their family businesses that perform asphalt preservation. Proud of the reputation that has been built by our predecessors, PaKaPa wants to continue the legacy that the Zimmerly family started over 30 years ago.
